As the main subcontractor in the Sulaymaniyah International Airport Project, Kuanta completed the following:

• Air Traffic Control Tower design and interior construction, including VCS, AFTN, and UHF/VHF radios, communication systems, remote control units, electrical/data infrastructure, and consoles, 
• Airfield Lighting Systems and Apron Lighting design and installation, 
• AWOS design and installation,
• Navigational Aids (ILS, DVOR/DME) design and installation,
• Terminal security equipment (X-ray, detectors) installation,
• Power regulator plant (HV-MV-LV transformer center) construction and related infrastructure work,
• Commissioning and Flight Check.

In addition to design, construction and installation work, Kuanta managed project procurement and logistics.

Sulaymaniyah Airport is currently an operational international airport with the capacity to transport 1.5 million passengers per year.
